Feebooster specialises in running telemarketing campaigns to source and secure new business customers for our clients.

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in telemarketing and lead generation in a ‘not your usual call centre’ environment. We are a small team, working in a supportive environment with great benefits.

 

Due to expansion in exciting new projects within the financial services sector, we are currently seeking a B2B Telemarketer to join the team on a permanent basis.

 

The successful candidate will ideally have previous telesales or telemarketing experience. The salary for this role is dependent on previous experience, success and industry knowledge.

 

The main purpose of this varied role is to:

* Make the initial fact finding call to a company, gaining information about their current situation, identify the decision makers and establish the company size etc.

* Cleanse and maintain our clients’ CRM databases.

* Make telemarketing calls directly to potential customers at decision maker level. Some of these prospects may be facing financial challenges in business. Your job is to assist them at a potentially difficult time.

* Bring in a steady flow of quality leads for our external clients.

* Develop a relationship and arrange a face to face meeting, telephone appointment or web demonstration for our clients to make contact with each prospect and win that person’s business.

* Follow up with the prospect after their initial introduction to our client, to secure their commitment to signing up as a customer.

* Approach professional services companies with a view to promoting our clients’ services to their customers.

* Make regular follow up calls - in the capacity of Relationship Manager - to companies referring third party customers to our clients, to maintain a steady flow of new referrals.

 

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join a developing organisation and really grow their existing sales career!

 

Full time hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am - 1pm

 

Potential commission earnings are £2,500 per month on top of the basic salary and this is a realistic sales target!

Accountancy Telemarketing for Feebooster

 

We have a network of around 70 Chartered Accountancy practices throughout the UK. Our job is to introduce them to more of the sort of clients that they would actually like to be acting for in their local area. 

 

This is where the telemarketing comes into play. We currently have around 20 telemarketers who work from our office or their own homes setting up these meetings. The sort of calling we do is certainly non-pushy and unscripted. We are really looking for people who can generate a sensible conversation with business owners so an accountant can meet them and talk about their business and accountancy services. The idea is to set up a free no obligation meeting for one of the partners to go in and leave the business owner with a quotation for their accountancy services and to demonstrate what they can do which is different to perhaps their existing situation, also giving as much advice as they can whilst there.

 

Your job is to secure a quality, well qualified appointment so one of our accountants can visit a prospect and convert them into a new client. We do all the initial groundwork and it is up to the accountant to sign them up as a new client, we just get paid for making the introduction.

 

We offer basic wage plus commission for office based roles and pay per attended appointment for homeworking positions.
