Company History


The company was established in July 2001 when it was genuinely felt that we could offer accountants a service that was not readily available at the time.


GRF Accountancy Marketing, as the company was then known, quickly became one of the market leaders in our chosen field – telemarketing exclusively for the accountancy profession, to provide a high quality and premium appointment making system, tailoring the appointments to each accountant's specific client requirements. 


In 2011, ten years after launching GRF, the original owners, Sarah and Cory Bailey, re-structured and re-branded the company as Feebooster, bringing about a fresh change by launching a menu of brand new pricing structures, multimedia services and SLAs. This enables us to provide a very bespoke service, to suit your desired quota of leads and budget.


We also launched an innovative online Portal system for delivering and managing our accountancy firms’ appointments more efficiently for our clients, which was the brainchild of our current Director Rhiannon Glacken.


Over 20 years on, Feebooster still only deal exclusively with accountancy firms - predominantly throughout the UK but also in some other territories - and we have become one of the most successful companies in the marketplace, as well as the longest established. You can be confident that your practice will be represented in the most professional light possible at all times, to every prospect large or small.


Once again, on our twentieth anniversary, we have brought in additional new services, which combine highly targeted digital cold outreach with the power of an experienced telephone salesperson setting each appointment. These services are designed to free up even more of your time, so you can focus on what you do best to serve your existing clients.

Telemarketing Team


This team is the heartbeat of Feebooster. Our experienced telephone appointment setters work from our open plan call centre offices and they are closely monitored by a Team Leader who quality assures all appointments.


This enables Feebooster to maintain the quality and high level of appointments that we make for all our clients. 


Their knowledge is second to none - a significant number of our telemarketing team have been with Feebooster for at least 10 years and this experience, gathered from over a decade of speaking to business owners about their accountancy requirements, is absolutely invaluable when speaking with new prospective customers on your behalf.


Our outbound marketing team pride themselves on providing a very professional service and they will quickly become an extension of your practice.


They are frequently praised by many of the accountants we represent on their courteous and professional manner and they often get asked if we will carry out some telemarketing work for the businesses we contact!

Our Director Rhiannon Glacken has been working exclusively with the accountancy profession to help them with their marketing for over 15 years.


Rhiannon originally started her career as a Telemarketer and Client Account Manager at GRF Accountancy Marketing before taking over the company in 2013, so she has a fantastic working knowledge of all aspects of our business and seeks to continually optimise our processes for the benefit of our clients and their potential customers alike.
