Our company’s activities:
We carry out direct B2B marketing, working on our own behalf and on behalf of various clients, contacting existing and prospective business customers using the phone, emails and other channels.
We are committed to the secure handling of all data held and processed by the company and we comply fully with the GDPR. The data we process is obtained from several sources. These include yourself, our clients, GDPR compliant data providers and online resources in the public domain.
We comply in full with the TPS and CTPS to prevent unwanted sales and marketing calls and maintain our own in house Do Not Call List in line with Ofcom regulations.

If you are an existing client, we process your data using the legal basis of Contract. We shall continue to process your information until the contract between us ends or is terminated under any contract terms.
If you have registered your contact details on our website, we process your data using the lawful basis of Consent. We will continue to process your information under you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
If we have sent you a marketing communication, we process your data using the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests in accordance with article 47 of the GDPR and ICO guidelines, following the completion of a Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA). Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data.
